Please be sure to read all of the pre-care procedures as well as our cancellation policy below. Failure to follow pre-care procedures can result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled with an additional fee.


*A $100 booking fee (non-refundable) is required for all appointments and will be credited towards your procedure. Prices are subject to change.*

Procedure is then split into 2 payments: $350 at initial visit, $150 at perfection appointment. ($100/$350/$150) The perfection appointment is necessary and should be scheduled for no sooner than 8 weeks.

Deposits are 100% non-refundable and will go towards your service.  We have a firm 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. An additional booking fee will be required if you have canceled and need to schedule. However, you may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit as long as 48 hours notice has been given.

If 2 appointments are missed, payment for services in full are required before the procedure. Any client that does not show for an appointment will forfeit their deposit and need to pay for all future services in full, prior to their appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit your deposit.  While I understand unforeseen circumstances arise, it effects me as well as other clients. 

Under no circumstances are children under the age of 18 allowed in the procedure room per the Illinois Body Art Code. Children are not to be left unattended in the waiting area and must be supervised by a responsible adult not receiving services at all times.
